Air France - chaos a nezodpovědnost

zde můj příspěvek který jsem napsal anglicky na hodnocení Air France, toto se mi stalo 23.6.2009 na letu Paris - Bogota :
Flight Prague-Paris(CDG)-Bogota on 23rd June, 2009
The chaotic transfer in Paris, running few kilometers to get to the departure on the Bogota flight was the better part of the story. Boarding the Airbus 340 for almost 11 hours flight was done with only small delay, but after one hour rolling on the runway, we were informed about a possible break problem and have returned to repair point. After another hour we were informed that all is OK not, but unfortunately it was not OK and after 3 hours in total on board we were told to leave the plane and wait for the next instructions with promise to get lunch and drinks. We have got sandwich and cold drink but the distribution was really chaotic.
After 4 hours at least I saw some people from my flight going somewhere so I decided to follow them. The announcement at CDG is very poor due to accoustic problems in the hall.
Passing through the passport control and leaving the airport it was clear to me that we will not fly that day anymore.
We went back to check in area where was a long long queue for getting the voucher for hotel. I was lucky to be the no. 11 in the queue waiting "only" 1 hour to get my voucher ( I was very tired getting up at 2.00 am in Czech Republic), many people got really angry, the staff worked slowly ( at some points one person worked , another one just looked).
I really do not understand why it took so long to release a voucher.
We were told that our flight will finally start the next day (24th June 2009) at 8.30 am
Next day we got to the departure again, boarded with 15 minutes delay hoping to move quickly. My assumption was false !
Due to the fact that 2 peole didn ´t show up for the boarding, we had to wait until their bag was removed out of the plane, which took another 2 hours. I was observing the ground staff from the window. It took them at least 40 minutes to get to the plane, that they had difficulties to get out the containers ad to get get the in again. At least 5 people were involved !!
Finally at 10.20 am we start our journey. The in-flight service was good and the crew was friendly, no doubt about this.
But last bad surprise was waiting on me after collecting my luggage - it was broken and my stuff was falling out of my luggage, I make Air France fully responsible for that.
My damage and the amount of the people at the arrival hall didn ´t allowed me to reclaim it, which I will do later on as I had to spend 250 USD on a new luggage allowing me to continue my programme in South America as I was continuing to next countries.
Thaks to Air France I lost one day ! I was planning to spend 2 days and half on an exhibition where I had my business, this loss will never paid to me I assume !
Last but not least, It was my second not planned stay in Paris this year travelling with Air France not caused by myself !
