Ti papoušci tam byli jen dva? Žije tam pěkně velké hejno přesně stejných, mám pocit, že to je na Nob Hill a nikde jinde jsem je ve městě neviděl. Kdysi je někdo vypustil a oni žijí sami a množí se. Můžu zkusit najít fotky a přesně to lokalizovat.

Thank you for taking the time to complete our comment card on your flight BA0284 from San Francisco to London Heathrow on 1 June.

We know our meal service is extremely important to our Club World customers and I am sorry we have let you down. Please accept my sincere apologies.

I appreciate it must have been frustrating when you were advised only two salads had been loaded onto the aircraft. Following customer feedback, we have recently increased the proportion of meals we load on to the aircraft, however we have a limited space in the galley and we cannot carry the full range of meals for each customer. We do analyse trends in meals served, and try to make adjustments, but it is difficult to get the proportions absolutely correct on every flight. We got the balance wrong on the day you travelled and I am sorry.

The feedback we received from you is greatly appreciated, and essential if we are to continuously improve the quality of our products. We frequently meet with our Board to share our customers’ views with them. This means your feedback is given direct to the department best placed to act on it. As a result we can improve and invest in the areas that matter most to our customers.

I'm delighted you were happy with the service you received from our cabin crew on your recent especially with Mr Floch.
