The mission of the candidate will be:
- To perform all the personnel Handling in Prague
- To coordinate all airport services and Flybaboo office
- To ensure internal documentation and respect of the Quality System
- To promote and develop the Baboo attitude
- To be at the service of the Baboo staff and clients
- Prepare working rosters
- Day to day management of airport operations
- To ensure delivery to operational targets and customer service standards within
agreed budget
- Manages the day to day relationship with ground handling supplier, airport
authorities and other key suppliers to deliver the operations to the highest standards
- Senior reporting officer on station meeting emergency and contingency plan requirements
- Effective management of administrative
- Deliver excess baggage revenue to target
- Responsible for management of all day to day issues, including check-in, operations, safety and security, disruption handling and service recovery in accordance with corporate procedures
Requirements :
Perfect knowledge of all current legislations & regulation applicable to the Ground operations
Easy contact and excellent interpersonal skills
High ethic, initiatives oriented person, highly reliable, independent, sales and figures oriented
Fluent in Czech and English
Degree in tourism or equivalent
Good knowledge of Prague Airport, good experience in airline business
